How To Start a Return
We want you to love your Cupshe experience and if it’s anything less than perfect, we want to make it right.
Contact us via Chat or Email to start your return.
Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch and provide return instructions and refund options – you’ll need to reply with your preferred refund option.
You’ll need to ship your item(s) to the return address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.
That’s it! Once we receive your returned package, we’ll take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible.
Do you need to return it?
If you don’t absolutely like your cup, we want it to be as simple as possible. For more information about our return policy, see below.
Except for any products designated as non returnable on site, we will accept the return of new items that are not worn and cleaned within 30 days after the delivery date, with the original label and sanitary lining attached.
Please note that we do not accept returns after a 30 day period. If the item is returned after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default shipping address and ask you to pay the shipping fee.
Our swimsuits are equipped with removable sanitary pads to ensure your safety. If the gasket is removed, return is not acceptable. Please try on the cup above your underwear without removing the sanitary pad.
For hygiene reasons, bags, beach blankets, towels, swimming rings and floats are not eligible for return or replacement unless there is a quality problem. Unless there is a quality problem, goods marked as “flash sale” and “final sale” cannot be returned.
Please remember to take extra care to properly pack your return package to avoid damage on the way – we are not responsible for any return until it reaches our return address. In addition, please be sure to obtain the postage certificate for reference in case you need to verify the status with the carrier before the postage arrives at us.
Gift cards, jewelry and items marked “flash sale”, “final sale” and “special sale” do not meet the conditions for return or exchange and will not be refunded.
